Dodonov, who transitioned from a chemical engineering background to software architecture through self-taught projects, views his success as a product of problem-solving rather than pure programming. While working at Deloitte and later eBay, he honed his ability to build complex systems by working backward from specific goals. This methodology eventually led to the creation of Stan, an all-in-one platform for digital creators that now generates roughly $40 million in annual revenue.

The development of Stanley, the company's AI-powered "head of content," relied on what Dodonov calls vibe-coding—a process where he focused on the cursor and intent rather than manual line-by-line syntax. By targeting LinkedIn creators struggling to build an audience, the team launched to 250 paying customers on day one. The tool analyzes engagement data to refine a user's voice, helping creators produce viral content without the traditional time investment. Today, Stanley is on track for $3 million in annual recurring revenue, split evenly between its LinkedIn and Instagram iterations. For Dodonov, the shift toward AI agents represents a fundamental change in individual capability, offering solo founders the operational firepower once reserved for large corporations.
