Patricia Grabarek
Dr. Patricia Grabarek is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and the Co-Founder of Workr Beeing, an organisation focused on workplace wellness. She has over a decade of experience in both internal and external consulting roles, working with more than sixty organisations across various industries. Her work focuses on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, workplace culture, employee engagement, performance management, andleadership development.
She is the co-author of the bookLeading for Wellness: How to Create a Team Culture Where Everyone Thrives, published byWileyin March 2025. The book is based on proprietary research conducted by Workr Beeing and presents science-based strategies for building healthy and productive teams. The book has received endorsements from leading experts like Adam Grant and Daniel H. Pink.
Dr. Grabarek is currently the Director of Talent Vitality at PROCEPT BioRobotics and a contributor toPsychology Today, co-authoring the “Leading for Wellness” blog. She previously served as Head of People Analytics Research at Intuitive and held roles at Symend, Infor, Molina Healthcare, and Federal Management Partners. She has also worked as an independent consultant and as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, where she taught organisational psychology.
Her education includes a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organisational Psychology fromPenn State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. She has also contributed to publications inTIME,The HR Digest,Fast Company, andHR.com. She was named one of Culture Amp’s Top 25 Emerging Culture Creators for 2024 and has been featured inThe L.A. Times, CBS News, and CBC Radio.
Dr. Grabarek also hosts theThriving at Workpodcast and continues to support organisations in building effective, inclusive, and sustainable workplaces through science-based approaches.
