Claire Novorol
Claire Novorol is a British pediatrician and neuroscientist, known for her contributions in the field of healthcare technology. She completed her medical education in London and later specialized in Clinical Genetics. In addition to her medical qualifications, she holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge, where her research focused on "Microcephaly models in the developing zebrafish retinal neuroepithelium".
After completing her academic education, Claire Novorol embarked on a career as an entrepreneur and co-founded Ada Health, an AI-powered health guide that helps people to understand their health and navigate to the next appropriate steps in their care. As the Chief Medical Officer of Ada Health, she has been instrumental in the company's growth, which has raised $67 million since its inception in 2012. Ada Health is now available to over 60 million users and has conducted 31 million assessments. It has been ranked as the top medical app in over 130 countries.
In addition to her work at Ada Health, Claire Novorol is also the founder of Doctorpreneurs, a non-profit global community for health innovation. She is a member of the UK Digital Health Council and is considered an entrepreneurship expert at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
