Dr. Manon Sarah Littek

Manon Sarah Littek is a highly successful entrepreneur and investor in the foodtech and greentech industries. She founded Green Generation Fund and Katjes Greenfood, and has invested in a variety of foodtech companies such as Upfield, Change Foods, Lypid, and The Rainforest Company. As the CEO and Managing Director of Katjesgreenfood, she established the Food Impact Investment Fund and currently serves on the board of directors for Foodstirs, Veganz, and The Rainforest Company. Dr. Littek previously held several positions at Hubert Burda Media, including Managing Director of DLD Ventures, Director M&A, and co-founder of the first social media science platform, Science Blogs DACH. She also played a key role in founding the Digital and Future Conference DLD. Dr. Littek earned a doctoral degree from FU Berlin and a BA in Philosophy from Oxford University. Her mission is to invest in the food revolution and shape the future of the industry, with a focus on creating a sustainable and eco-friendly future.
