Francis Pouliot

Francis Pouliotis a Canadian Bitcoin entrepreneur and industry spokesperson. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Bull Bitcoin, which is a Bitcoin payment and exchange service in Canada. He is also the Head of Research at Catallaxy and CEO of Satoshi Portal, which works on variouscryptocurrency projects.

Pouliot has been a full-time Bitcoin entrepreneur and researcher since 2013 and is known for beinga Bitcoin Maximalist. He has served in various positions, including the Chief Executive Officer of Bitcoin Foundation Canada and the Director of Public Affairs of The Bitcoin Embassy. He is also an Associate Researcher at the Montreal Economic Institute and a Fintech advisor at the Ontario Securities Commission.

Pouliot received his Bachelor of Science in International/Global Studies from the Université de Montréal in 2011 and his MA in Public Policy, First Degree with Distinction from King's College London, University of London in 2012.

He has co-founded Keystamp, an open-source standard and API for transforming data and communications into irrefutable cryptographic proofs, and Catallaxy, a blockchain expertise and R&D centre. Pouliot is also part of the Independent Advisory Committee for 3iQ Corp.
