Additionally, the World Food Bank uses long-term storage technology to hold grains and pulses for extended periods, treating food as an asset class.

Lackey's experiences in emergency medicine and medical relief teams in over a dozen countries exposed him to the devastating effects of poverty and hunger, leading him to believe that these issues can be addressed through better integration of industry and political systems that are market-driven, regenerative, and sustainable.
