Joseph B. Ucuzoglu
Joseph B. Ucuzoglu is the Global Chief Executive Officer ofDeloitte, the world’s largest professional services organisation. Under his leadership, Deloitte serves a wide range of clients, including major corporations and governmental agencies, offering audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting, risk advisory, and financial advisory services. Deloitte employs over450,000 professionals globallyand generates annual revenues exceeding $65 billion.
Ucuzoglu began his career at Deloitte in 1997 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from theUniversity of Southern California. His career trajectory within Deloitte has been impressive, holding significant roles such as CEO of Deloitte US and leader of the Deloitte US Audit & Assurance practice before assuming the global CEO role in January 2023.
Throughout his career, Ucuzoglu has remained actively engaged with both clients and external stakeholders. He frequently addresses key issues facing the business community, including leadership in technology-driven change, fostering inclusive corporate cultures, and enhancing businesses' roles in societal transformation.
