Albert Meige

Dr. Albert Meige is an entrepreneur, teacher, and author, who has been professionally exploring the impact of technology on business, society, and humans for 20 years. Albert now heads the global institute Blue Shift (part ofArthur D. Little), which conducts studies at the intersection of technology and strategy.

As an entrepreneur, Albert foundedPresans, an open innovation startup in France that leverages artificial intelligence to connect experts with large corporations on-demand. This venture earned him the Innovation Prize from theÉcole Polytechnique. He ultimately sold it to Arthur D. Little.

Albert also has a foot in the academic world. After completing his Ph.D. in digital physics at theAustralian National University, he worked as a researcher at the research centre of École Polytechnique in Paris.

With an MBA fromHEC Paris, he has served as an Academic Director for executive programs at HEC Paris and theInstitut Mines-Telecom. He also teaches at ESCP.

Albert is the author of several books on innovation and digital topics, has published around fifteen academic articles, and holds two patents. In 2018, he authored theministerial report"La Formation de l’Esprit Entrepreneur", highlighting his commitment to entrepreneurial education.

Hailing from Jura, Albert is an enthusiast of ultra-endurance trail running. He has completed some of the world's most demanding ultra-trails, including theSwissPeaks360, a 360-kilometre race through the Swiss Alps. He has also been a passionate photographer since the age of six. These unique passions add a human and empathetic dimension to his conferences, where he connects his personal experiences to the human and strategic challenges posed by new technologies.
