Conor Grennan

Conor Grennan is the Chief AI Architect at NYU Stern School of Business and the CEO and Founder of AI Mindset, a consulting company that provides training for professionals, leaders, and organisations on generative AI frameworks. He has worked with leading organisations such as OpenAI,McKinsey,Google, NASA,JP Morgan, and PWC, among others. He is also the Head GenAI Trainer for the Chief Executive Group and serves asLinkedInLearning’s instructor for AI for Business.

In 2024, he was named toEdelman's list of Top 50Trusted Voices in AI, recognising his leadership and expertise in the field.

Conor is a keynote speaker at major events, including the Generative AI World Conference, PWC’s Trust Leadership Academy, and the Chief Executive Annual Summit. His AI insights have been featured in Forbes,Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and Vox. He co-hosts theAI Applied Podcast, a top 20 podcast in business news, and has over 75,000 followers on LinkedIn.

Conor is a New York Times and international bestselling author. His book,Little Princes: One Man’s Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal, has been translated into 15 languages. He is also the founder of Next Generation Nepal, an organisation focused on reuniting trafficked children with their families. For this work, he received the Unsung Hero of Compassion Award from the Dalai Lama in 2014 and was named a Huffington Post Game Changer.

Conor holds a BA in Political Science and English from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Strategy fromNYUStern, where he served as President of the Student Body. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, Liz, an AI specialist, and their two children. He has recently joined the SHRM Foundation’s Board of Directors.
