Elina Teboul
Elina Teboul is a leadership expert, executive coach, and author dedicated to reshaping business leadership through purpose, emotional intelligence, and conscious capitalism. She is the author of ‘Feminine Intelligence: Visionary Leaders Reshaping Business for good’, published byWileyin March 2025, which explores the role of authenticity, compassion, and holistic leadership in driving business success.
She has also contributed to academic publications, includingDisclosure of Beneficial Ownership of Synthetic Positions in Takeover Campaigns, published in the Columbia Business Law Review in 2009, and has written research papers on leadership, positive psychology, and coaching, such asPositive Psychology Coaching Model for the Legal Profession.
Elina is the Co-Founder and Principal at Elina Teboul Advisory, a leadership consultancy where she coaches executives,entrepreneurs, and high-impact investors. She specialises in integrating psychology, law, and social impact to help organisations cultivate cultures of well-being and performance. As a sought-after keynote speaker, she has spoken at global conferences, Fortune 500 companies, and institutions such as Fordham Law School, where she previously taught as an adjunct professor.
Before transitioning to leadership development, Elina was an investment management attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and served as legal counsel at Credit Suisse. She later pivoted to philanthropy, working as a global philanthropic adviser at the Allan & Gill Gray Foundation, where she led strategic investments and social impact initiatives. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Earth Law Center, advocating for environmental stewardship.
Elina holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an M.A. in Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from New York University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a Columbia-Certified Executive Coach, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
