Anna Radulovski
Anna Radulovski is the Founder and CEO of Coding Girls and WomenTech Network. She is an advocate for gender equality in technology and works to empower women through mentorship,career development, and networking. Originally fromUkraine, she started her journey with Coding Girls, an initiative aimed at increasing female participation in coding. The organisation expanded globally, growing from 16 girls in a workshop to a worldwide community of 5,000+ members.
She founded WomenTech Network, which became one of the largest communities for women in tech. The network focuses on career growth, leadership, and inclusion. She launched the WomenTech Global Conference, which has reached 141,000 participants from 181 countries. The community has grown to 60,000+ members and includes 9,500+ ambassadors from 172 countries. WomenTech Network has partnered with major companies likeApple,Amazon,Microsoft,Uber, Coca-Cola, andDisney.
She is also a Regional Director at Founder Institute, working to support aspiring female founders. Since she joined, the percentage of female graduates increased to 65% in 2021.
Anna is the organiser of the WomenTech Global Awards, which recognises achievements in tech diversity. In 2022, 2,000+ women were recognised, with 60 winners across 22 categories, including Women-Led Startup of the Year and Diversity in Tech Initiative.
She is the author of "Chief in Tech" (Wiley, 2024), which discusses leadership and gender representation in technology. The book has received praise from leaders atLenovo,Airbnb, Logitech,IBM, and Pearson.
She is a regular speaker at global conferences, including Webit, WeAreDevelopers, Dublin Tech Summit, and EBAN. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg TV, Fortune, Tech Republic, and Financial Times. She also serves on the boards of Coding Girls and Executive Women in Tech (EWIT).
Her volunteering activities include Girls in ICT Day, European Commission events, Code.org, BCWT and mentoring for HackAUBG and Social Innovation Academy. She has been a jury member for Enterpregirl and BCWT contests.
Anna has received multiple awards and recognitions, including Trailblazer 2020 (Diversity in Tech Awards), "300 Women Making an Impact," Women in ESG: 50 Rising Stars, Rising Star Award, WeAreTheCity), "Diversity Role Model of the Year" finalist and 133 Women Who Change the World (DiverseIn). She has worked in mentorship, business consulting, public speaking, event production, and diversity hiring. Her mission is to bridge the gender gap in tech, create inclusive opportunities, and support women in leadership roles globally.
