Noelle Russell is an American technologist and leader in artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and emerging technologies. She is the Founder and Chief AI Officer of the AI Leadership Institute, which focuses on helping organisations adopt AI responsibly and ethically.
She has worked with major companies, includingAmazon, Microsoft, IBM, NPR, and Accenture. At Amazon, she contributed to developing Alexa, specialising in conversational AI and voice technologies. At Microsoft, she served as Principal Architect for AI and Cognitive Services, where she supported businesses in implementing AI solutions. Her work at Microsoft generated close to $1 billion in AI-related revenue. At IBM, she led initiatives in AI and cloud services to support enterprise transformation.
Noelle Russell is recognised for her efforts in promoting responsible AI. She delivers talks, runs workshops, and offers training for government agencies, private companies, and academic institutions. Since 2014, she has built more than 100 conversational AI applications, which have been used by over 2 million people and received thousands of positive reviews.
