Antonio Vieira Santos is currently serving as the Senior Business Intelligence and Innovation Evangelist at Eviden, where he focuses on transforming complex data into strategic insights and guiding organisations through their digital transformation journeys. He leads initiatives inbusiness intelligence, digital transformation, and social media analytics, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accessibility, and inclusion.
Antonio co-founded AXSChat, a global platform that promotes accessibility and inclusion in the workplace, and has been an advisory board member for Women in Tech Global Movement, where he supports gender equality in technology. He is also involved in the Next Generation Internet initiative, aiming to reimagine the future of the internet with a focus on privacy, transparency, and user empowerment.
He has been a Jury Member for the Ireland Digital Transformation & AI Awards, where he evaluates and recognises organisations leading in technology innovation. Antonio has been involved in several other initiatives, including being a co-founder of the Digital Transformation Lab at University College Cork, where he helps develop best practices in digital transformation. He is also a mentor at Hack Access Dublin, a program that focuses on leveraging startup energy to makeDublinmore inclusive for people with disabilities.

He has contributed to projects for major global companies, includingNikeand Siemens, and has provided consultancy for improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Antonio Vieira Santos won the European Digital Mindset Award for Best Social Media Campaign for his work at AXSChat. He also received the Major Events International Award for his Contribution to Accessibility at Major Events. He has earned several accolades, including being listed as one of the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on the Future of Work in 2023 by Thinkers360.
Antonio Vieira Santos graduated with a degree in Applied Social Research, Sociology, and Anthropology from Universidade Moderna de Lisboa in 1996. During his studies, he was actively involved in the Strategy Committee for a study on job trends. In 2011, he furthered his knowledge in communication through a course on Communication Skills for the New Media Age at University College Cork, which focused on productivity, virtual teams, and new media tools. Antonio also holds a Level 6 certification in Train the Trainer from FETAC, completed in 2010, where he studied education methodology and e-learning techniques.
