Jaspreet Bindra

Jaspreet Bindra is the founder and CEO ofAI&Beyond, a company focused on building AI literacy in organisations, and Tech Whisperer Ltd., which provides thought leadership and expertise in AI, generative AI, digital transformation, and the future of work. With over 25 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including consumer and enterprise businesses, he has worked with global tech companies, Indian conglomerates, and startups.

He has served in senior roles at major organisations such as Mahindra Group, Microsoft, and Tata Group. At Mahindra, he was the Senior Vice President for Digital Transformation, overseeing AI and blockchain integration across the Group’s various businesses. He also worked atMicrosoftas Regional Director for Retail, Entertainment, and Devices and at Tata Group as General Manager. He was part of the founding team of Baazee.com, which later became eBay India.

Jaspreet is an author, having written two books:The Tech Whisperer: On Digital Transformation and the Technologies that Enable It(Penguin Random House) andWinning with AI: Your Guide to AI Literacy(Juggernaut Books). Both books focus on making technology accessible and understandable.

He holds a Master's degree in AI Ethics and Society from the University of Cambridge, and he is actively involved in education as a faculty member at Ashoka University and Singularity University. Additionally, he has been recognised with awards like Digitalist of the Year 2017 by SAP and Mint.

Jaspreet's career spans various leadership roles, including at Harvard Business Publishing, where he served as a global moderator and educator, and at SP Jain Institute of Management Studies, where he is a part of the Advisory Board. He also contributes regularly to publications such as Mint, The Economic Times, and NDTV.
