With over 25 years of leadership coaching experience, Lisa has worked with global executives, founders, and senior leaders, helping them lead through the complexities of modern business, including theAI revolution. Her work focuses on scaling businesses and enabling leaders to make high-value decisions, implement intelligent systems, and develop their leadership capacity.

As a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), she integrates strategic systems thinking with practical leadership coaching, helping executives achieve both personal and professional growth.
