Diana Gajic

Diana Gajic is a senior executive recruiter and talent acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience in building strong organisations through people. She currently works at SAP as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Talent Discovery Executive for the EMEA and MEE regions. In this role, she is responsible for end-to-end executive hiring across multiple countries and business areas. Her work supportsSAP’sposition as a global leader in enterprise software and business AI.

Diana has a background shaped by migration, which has influenced her strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunity. She brings this perspective into her work by helping organisations build inclusive talent strategies and by supporting diverse leadership pipelines in the technology sector. Alongside recruiting, she is a certified systemic coach and change manager, which allows her to support leaders and teams through transformation, growth, and change.

Before joining SAP, Diana worked in both in-house and agency recruitment roles across several industries. Her experience includes senior recruiting roles at Deutsche Telekom, EPLAN, FERCHAU Engineering, and ORBIT, where she handled global talent acquisition, executive search, leadership hiring, and the setup of international recruiting hubs. She has recruited across IT, software, engineering, aerospace, and corporate functions, and has worked closely with business leaders on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding.

At SAP, Diana is also active beyond her core role. She serves as a Local Inclusion Ambassador, leading initiatives that promote an inclusive and supportive work culture. She previously worked as an Executive Communications Fellow, supporting SAP’s Chief People Officer and Executive Board Member on internal and external People & Culture communications.

Diana is a recognised thought leader in talent and career development. She speaks to German media, contributes to HR events and podcasts, and shares insights on recruiting, careers, and the impact of AI on work. She also volunteers as a career coach, language teacher, and education ambassador, supporting social mobility and equal access to education. Her work is strongly people-focused, aiming to create environments where individuals can grow and organisations can succeed together.
