Joseph M. Bradley
Joseph M. Bradley is a global technology leader, CEO, applied futurist, and author with more than three decades of experience across technology, digital transformation, AI, IoT, and large-scale enterprise leadership. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of JMB X, a technology company focused on AI-powered growth and human advancement.
Through JMB X, he leads programmes and platforms that help founders, creators, SMBs, and enterprises build and scale AI-driven solutions. The JMB X ecosystem includes theYou to the Power of Twotransformation programme, an AI Studio for product development, an AI Equity venture model, and Usquared.ai, an AI Digital Twin marketplace. JMB X operates globally with offices in Dubai, Chicago, Silicon Valley, and Singapore.
Previously, Joseph Bradley served as CEO of Tonomus and Sector Head (President) of Technology and Digital at NEOM, where he led the vision and delivery of the full digital and technology ecosystem. He was responsible for building the foundation of the world’s first cognitive city, overseeing AI, blockchain, robotics, networks, applications, partnerships, and large-scale infrastructure investments exceeding $500 billion. He reported directly to NEOM’s leadership and board.
Before NEOM, he spent over 15 years at Cisco Systems, holding several senior roles including Global Vice President of IoT, AI, Blockchain, and Incubation Businesses. AtCisco, he led global innovation, consulting, and commercialisation efforts, drove revenue growth, improved margins, and founded the Internet of Everything (IoE) Practice, helping organisations capture trillions of dollars in digital value. He also held executive roles at HCL Technologies, Uptake, Hortau, AT&T, and C3 Communications, with full P&L responsibility and leadership of large global teams.
Joseph Bradley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from theUniversity of California, Berkeley. He is a published author and contributor to global research, including theDigital Vortexseries. His work has appeared in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Financial Times, and Fox News. He is actively involved in advisory boards and leadership organisations, with a strong focus on inclusion, diversity, and responsible innovation.
