Vlad Larichev is an Industrial AI Lead atAccentureIndustry X, specialising in software engineering with a focus on AI, machine learning, and generative AI. Vlad works on AI solutions for manufacturing and engineering, helping businesses adopt and scale industrial AI, IoT, and digital transformation strategies.
He currently leads initiatives related to industrial AI at Accenture, providing AI consulting and business development services for the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Vlad has been involved in the development of solutions for Industry 4.0, focusing on digitising business processes and implementing data-driven AI strategies.
Vlad is a research enthusiast and public speaker onAgentic AI, with a focus on autonomy, reasoning, and goal-driven workflows in industrial environments. He shares his expertise through keynotes, panels, and publications, discussing how AI agents can support engineering, R&D, and manufacturing processes.
His career includes roles at Umlaut Company, where he worked on AI and digital transformation in industrial sectors, and as a business development manager for AI and custom software development. Vlad has also worked as a software engineer for various companies, including developing large-scale machine translation systems at ACT Translations and providing software solutions in the environmental consulting industry at Hydrotec Water and Environment Consulting Engineers.
Vlad co-founded Enviot, a companythat developed IoTand spatial computing solutions for smart infrastructure and predictive maintenance. His work includes creating digital twins, predictive analytics platforms, and immersive AR applications for industrial environments.
He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and has completed various certifications in AI and machine learning, including courses from AWS, NVIDIA, and the University of Pennsylvania.
